Disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved by Bodrum Courts and Enforcement Offices.

13. EFFECTIVENESS

By registering as a member, the user acknowledges having read and accepted all terms of this agreement. This agreement enters into effect upon membership registration and is mutually binding.

14. TURSAB KÜTAHYA SCHEDULE

In case of partial or full non-compliance with the agreement by the agency, compensation shall be calculated according to the TURSAB KÜTAHYA SCHEDULE. The consumer consents to receiving information about services, advertisements, campaigns, and activities related to Dikmen Turizm Seyahat Acentası LTD.ŞTİ’s brands, suppliers, and partners. The consumer may withdraw this consent through any channel, upon which www.bodrumdatatil.com.tr will stop sending notifications.
