2 Biometric Photos (Please specify that the photo is for a visa when having it taken. Size: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm)
Photocopy of National ID (Please make sure it is clear and not faded.)
Photocopy of Passport, the page with the photo and personal information (If available, also include copies of previous Schengen visas. Please ensure clarity and legibility.)
Travel Health Insurance (Must be in English and contain a QR code – Can be obtained from us.)
Round-trip Ferry Ticket obtained from our company (Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with your visa application if tickets are purchased from a different platform or agency.)
Bank Account Statement (Online banking printouts are acceptable. If the bank’s name or logo is not visible, the statement must be stamped and signed by the bank.)
Hotel Reservation Confirmation, if accommodation is included (Must be in English and include the names of all guests in the confirmation.)
